About

I design AI systems for businesses that weren't built around AI. The work is usually messier than a clean architecture diagram suggests: a small operator who needs more output without more headcount, a function with fragmented data and regulated paperwork, a team that's already been taught a workflow and isn't going to abandon it for a SaaS replacement.

Right now that means three concrete anchors: a compliance-library bid automation tool for an oil-and-gas engineering client, Safety and Quality Management Systems for a marine-and-energy consultancy serving downstream operators, and a structured AI-literacy onboarding service for non-technical operators.

My focus is the layers most people skip past — input capture, process capture, structuring, routing, orchestration, output, approval, and the maintenance that runs after launch. The hard part is rarely the model call; it's everything that has to be true around the model for a non-technical operator to keep using it next quarter.
