I designed the learning flow, built the agent and operator controls, and maintain its course knowledge.
In practice
Students have a place to ask for the next step. I can review their progress and intervene where the agent needs support.
Students keep control of their own tools and files. Buddy guides them; sensitive or account-related issues come back to me.
